20ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Ginger cordial
30ml soda water
2 Slices of orange

Add ingredients to a tall glass and fill with ice. Stir well. Garnish with a slice of orange with cloves.

90ml Ginger beer
15ml Eucalyptus honey + water (diluted 1:1)
2 lime wedges (squeezed)

45ml Absolut Oz
30ml Fresh coconut water
10ml Fresh lime juice
10ml sugar syrup (2 part sugar, 1 part water)
2 Kaffir lime leaves

Muddle 1 lime leaf and add ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Kaffir lime leaf.

To rise above the heat and Avoca beach big breaks - coconut, Kaffir lime and spiced orange combine to create a drink that pays respect to the elevator.
