| ABSOLUT CITRON (zester) is a new ©2000 ad photographed by Steve Bronstein. There's a full-page picture of a shiny silver lemon zester (similar to a cheese grater). The lemon is in front, with the lemon rind gratings behind; the grated residue on the grater has formed an Absolut shape. These lemon grind gratings are known as the lemon zest.
