ABSOLUT COU DE LA GIRAFE is on p. 158 of the 6/98 issue of Premiere mag (French ed.). This 1998 ad is similar to the other French Absolut ads for bars, restaurants and other establishments in and around Paris that serve Absolut Vodka exclusively. Here we see the traditional pose with the famous bottle on a shiny black table, in a white spotlight against a black backdrop. The bottle, the spotlight and the backdrop are all reflected in the table. The bottle has a long neck like, "cou de la girafe", the neck of a giraffe.
Underneath the logo is written:
ABSOLUT VODKA EST VENDUE AU RESTAURANT LE COU DE LA GIRAFE, 7 RUE PAUL BAUDRY, PARIS 8EME. |
